I had Jeff come in to clean my carpet and am just amazed at the great work he did. I have an off white wool Berber carpet that had become extremely dingy, and I was also having some odor problems in one area as well. Jeff took care of everything...and I learned never to spend any money on those "do it you yourself " rental steam cleaners again. I'm having him come back in to do my white kitchen tile floor as well.

Hi Jeff - I wanted to thank you for your immediate response to my frantic telephone call to you recently. My husband had spilled a glass of red wine on our light green rug in the den. You informed me to blot up as much as possible and apply a damp towel over the spill. (This enabled you to clean the spill before it had a chance to set in and permanently stain the rug.)
You cleaned up the spill and now the rug looks brand new. I would never use anyone but you to clean my rugs and furniture.
PS Thank you also for cleaning the love seat and sofa I purchased at an estate sale last year.Originally They were very expensive and you made them look like I just purchased them.

Mr Noll spoke to my wife over the phone for several minutes gathering as much information as he could regarding our problem, water in our finished basement from a broken gutter and heavy rain. He offered a ball park price over the phone and some recommendations to help with the carpet. My Wife found him to be a pleasure to speak with and his suggestion to be right on point. A few days later she call him back and ask him to do the work they had discussed.
