How long have you been in business?
Samhal Interior Design has been in business since 2000.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a retail merchandizer (A.S.), I developed a passion for creating beautiful spaces; in a home, in a business, in a retail space. I returned to college to earn my second associate degree in interior design where I eventually decided to focus my work.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Lots of designers get hung up on their own signature style. At Samhal, we work with our understanding and knowledge of products and design to help our clients find their own style. We invest a great deal to design a space the client will love and be reflective of the client's taste and style.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Originally in the Bayshore area, Samhal Interior Designs recently moved to the Cold Spring Harbor area because of the increased number of clients we were serving on the North Shore.
