How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started in the Masonry Trade at the age of 16 working for family and other contractors. After 15 years of watching all these contractors cutting corners to get the jobs completed faster, I opened up the business to provide quality workmanship to homeowners so the job would be completed the right way the 1st time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Autumn Masonry Again is a family owned business that takes great pride in our quality workmanship and customer service. You will be dealing with the owners at all times, from your initial phone call to the job completion. The owner is on each and every job working alongside the crew, and no work is subbed out. Once your job is started we remain on the job daily with the exception of inclement weather, weekends and holidays. Unlike other contractors that may have a number of jobs running at the same time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and service homeowners in Suffolk County only. There are no plans on expanding we prefer to keep the business running with only 1 crew so the owner can be on each and every job to insure the homeowner is completely satisfied.
