What is your primary product or service?
Socialization programs, open play, birthday parties, classes for kids and adults
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was an office manager for a medical office and have been in the medical field for over 16 years. I always wanted to work with children and I am the mother of three. I love crafting and planning parties. Being a mom I also see there are limited places to go with children that are affordable, safe, and fun. So I decided why not open a place where I can make my passion a reality. I can plan parties that American families can actually afford, and can offer classes that children will love and learn from.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are no other business around the Coram area that offer what we do. We cater towards the younger age groups. We are small enough to be safe yet big enough to spend the day being lost in your childhood. We also offer classes for moms and dads like Pilates and mommy and daddy and me. We offer learning, play, creativity, fun, and so much more. All of this comes at a price you can afford. I am also the founder of a non profit called The Believe Box and I am incorporating that into this business. The Believe Box sends care packages to children across the US battling life threatening illness. It brings smiles to their faces when they are undergoing or completing treatment. We will have a tree on the wall where customers can adopt a child and send them a care package directly. We are teaching our children not only learning through play but learning to help others as well.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Play my Way Corp will open in Coram and my plan is to have 4 locations by the time I am 40. I would like to open the next Play my Way with a cafe for parents to relax and enjoy a much needed break.

Hours vary depending on class schedules and party times but general hours of operation are 10-8 7 days a week.
