What is your primary product or service?
Dog training
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had 2 dogs that had so many issues, and became frustrated when a local trainer didn't want to take them. So, I started reading books, and applying the methods, only to find my dogs were getting so good neighbors were making comments. That is when I decided to go back to school and study animal behavior, so I could help people who were like me. I started out at the local shelter, working with the dogs there to help them be more adoptable. With many successes, I then began my own personal business. I still go the shelter, and now help a lot of clients with every kind of issue.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I hold classes that no one else has, such as Growl class for dog reactive dogs, and Settle Down for hyperactive dogs. I also run my puppy class in a unique way where no one has to sit and listen to me lecture-it is all fun and activities to help the puppies socialize.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I just have one location for now, and do off site training. I hope to expand to an indoor facility in the future.

From the west: LIE to the last exit. (route 58). Take Rte 58 to traffic circle and go around 3/4 and exit circle to head north onto Roanoke ave.
Go all the way up to Sound avenue(light), and make a right. Sandpiper dr is the 3rd left, and my facility is 1/2 mile down on the right.
From the east:Take Sound avenue west. Once you pass Briermere farms, Sandpiper dr is the 2nd right.
